Services

Training PACKAGES

All horses in training are ridden on a schedule, owner is welcome to come watch at any time.

 

Full service training $650
The horse and or rider get a total of 20 sessions per month.

Partial service training $450

 The horse and or rider get a total of 12 sessions per month.

​

A LA CARTE Rides/Services 

 

1 Ride $65 per ride

Tack walking stretching walk $45 per 30 min walk

Turnout 5x a week 200 month (monday through friday)

Horse handwalk $20 each 

Horse lunging $20 each lunge

Lunch/graining(owners hay and or grain/supplements) 7x a week $100 a month 

Horse shipping (set up fee) $200 up to 100 miles round trip there after $1.00 per mile. 

 

Care Program: $500/month 

This package is available for laid up or horses needing rehabilitation. Hand walking/Tack walking, lunging, grooming, scheduling and meeting with vet and farrier, and any other daily care needed will be included in this program. 

 

Lesson Fees:

Payment must be paid in full and is due on or before the 5th day of each month. A $25.00 late fee per day will be charged for all payments received after the fifth day of the month. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any checks returned for insufficient funds. must be paid in full.

Billing and Payment

Invoices are sent at the beginning of each month. Training is billed at the beginning of the month. 30-day notice is required for all horses leaving the training program.

 

Sales and Leases

CNE will work with clients to buy, sell and lease horses as requested. This service includes finding potential prospects, trying horses, overseeing veterinary exams and negotiating prices and terms.  CNE will charge a commission fee of 15% for these services, which will be based on the sales, purchase, or lease price of the horse. All travel, hotel, rental car and meal expenses are to be paid by the client. A consulting fee of $100/day will be paid by the prospective buyer to CNE. This fee will be deducted from the commission when purchase is complete.

Cancellations and Bad Weather Policies

Cancellations Non weather related:  Lessons or Training Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice must be paid in full. Pre-paid lessons and training sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time and must be "made-up" within 7 days of the missed lesson or sessions. NO Refunds will be given for pre-paid lessons or pre-paid training sessions. 

 

Cancellations due to bad weather or because trainer is unable to make the scheduled appointment due to conflict are not responsible for payment, and do not fall under the 24hr notification policy.There are no refunds for pre-paid training or lessons. Prepaid sessions may be made up with 2 weeks.

 

Show fees 

include all trainers’ and grooms’ expenses and horse preparation charges.  Entry fees, office and drug fees, non-member fees, bedding at shows, layover charges, pro-rated tack and groom stalls, patronship, decoration at show and hauling fees are to be paid by the owner and are not included in the show fee.   Horse show charges will be invoiced after the show. Bills are due within 10 days of the invoice date. Late fees will be charged at a rate of 18% per annum in addition to a monthly re-billing fee of $25. Non-payment may result in your horse not being shown.

 

 

 

All veterinary and health care bills are the responsibility of the owner.  Billed by veterinarian or charged directly to client’s credit card on file and payable upon receipt of invoice or late fees may apply

 

All farrier services are the responsibility of the owner.  Billed by farrier or charged directly to client’s credit card on file and payable upon receipt of invoice or late fees may apply

 

 

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. During the time that the horse(s) is/are in the care, custody and control of the CNE, it and its owners, officers, agents and employees shall not be liable, and Owner hereby releases CNE, and its/their officers, agents and employees for any sickness, disease, estray, theft, damages, or death or injury which may be suffered by the Horse(s) or any other cause or action, whatsoever, arising out of or being connected in any way with the boarding of said horse(s) whether caused by the negligence of CNE, Owner, or their agents, employees and/or contractors. Owner agrees to hold CNE harmless from any and all claims arising from damage or injury caused by said horse(s) to anyone, and defend CNE from any such claims. Owner agrees to disclose any and all hazardous or dangerous propensities of horse(s) boarded with CNE. This release includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury or disability the horse Owner or Owner's guest, may receive on the CNE premises. Owner agrees that Owner and any other person riding the Owner’s horse(s) upon, in or out of the Premises, shall wear a properly fastened equestrian riding helmet.

B. Risk of Loss. The Owner fully understands that CNE does not carry any insurance on any horses not owned by it for boarding or for any other purposes, whether public liability, accidental injury, theft or equine mortality insurance and that all risks connected with boarding or for any other reason for which the horse(s) in the possession of, and on the premises of CNE are to be borne by the Owner. CNE strongly recommends equine mortality insurance be obtained applicable to the subject horse(s) by Owner.

 

Insurance. 

Owner shall be responsible for insuring Owner’s horse(s) at whatever type and level of coverage Owner sees fit and is also responsible for insuring against the acts and omissions of Owner, Owner’s employee(s), contractors and guests while on the Premises. CNE does not provide any insurance whatsoever covering Owner’s horse(s) or the acts and omissions of Owner, Owner’s employee(s), contractors and/or guests.
